Cooking is one of my greatest passions in life. Of course being Italian, the two go hand in hand. My Mom and Great-Grandma taught me to cook at a very young age, and by the time I turned 9 years old, I was cooking independently for my family. Some of my greatest memories were made in the kitchen.
I enjoy cooking many types of cuisines. I’m always looking for new ideas and techniques to try, and spend a lot of time researching and writing recipes. My goal is publish a cookbook someday. My cooking and baking specialties include:
